Star Achievers Of The Week

Mr Davidson welcomed us to his favourite assembly of the week earlier today where our fantastic Stars were very proud to share their wonderful learning with us all. Three of the children received their award for their fantastic enthusiasm, curiosity and teamwork on the Key Stage One trip to Sherwood Pines earlier this week. Everyone had a fabulous day and Mr Davidson said he was so excited he had been able to join the classes on the trip!

This week, our fabulous Stars received certificates for:

Reindeer Class - the enthusiasm she showed on our trip to Sherwood Pines.

Fallow Class - his enthusiasm for nature on our school trip.

Elk Class - his fantastic teamwork and caring attitude on our school trip.

Impala Class - the amazing progress she has made with her water confidence when swimming.

Barasingha Class - his amazing work in DT.

Sambar Class - his excellent understanding of decimals and related facts.

Taruca Class - his great work in English on 'Pig Heart Boy'.

Mr Davidson was also pleased to present certificates for outstanding kindness to: Keelan, Harvey, Mia and Lexi.

Eight pupils took part in a cricket tournament this week. Some had never played the sport before, but Mr Togher was very proud of them all for their tremendous teamwork and skills that improved with every match. They were fantastic representatives for Belmont and our congratulations go to: Reegan, McKenzie, Daniel, Leah A, Callum, Logan, Teddy and Eliyana.

The final announcement this morning was for Attendance, with the winners being a very excited Elk Class with a fabulous 97.2%!

Well done everyone!
