Members of our after-school Gardening Club have worked hard this term with Mr Armstrong to refresh the flowers in the planter outside the office. It now looks so colourful!
There’s nothing quite like learning in the great outdoors! Last week, our children enjoyed a wonderful Forest School session, gathering around the firepit to carefully toast marshmallows.
We are absolutely thrilled to be welcoming Ed back to our school to lead a SUMO – Stop, Understand and Move On – workshop which will be taking place on Saturday, 27 June. His last visit sparked so many light-bulb moments as we explored fresh, powerful ways to support our children through the wild roller-coaster that is life.
We are delighted to let everyone know that we will be celebrating our 50th anniversary with an Afternoon Tea on the school field on Friday, 19 June! We would love to welcome parents, carers, grandparents and family members to share this wonderful celebration with us.

Exciting news from our FOBS team about their upcoming sponsored Colour Run, organised to raise funds for new play equipment at the school.
Thank you to everyone who came and supported the Pupil Parliament with their Teddy Tombola this afternoon. We are delighted to let you know £80.75 was raised, which will go towards new outdoor and lunchtime provision for the children. We hope the teddies are all enjoying their new homes. Happy half term!

Mrs Blackburn was delighted to welcome everyone to our Star Achiever celebration this afternoon. She presented three awards to children in each class, one for each of the Belmont Pocket Principles: Be Respectful: Be Responsible and Be Ready to Learn.
