The youngest members of the school were very excited when they were visited by the Lincolnshire Fire & Rescue Service this afternoon! During the visit, the children in Reindeer, Fallow and Elk Classes were able to learn about fire safety and the equipment on the fire engine.
As part of their 'Great Fire Of London' learning journey, the children in Elk Class have been researching how they dealt with fires in 1666, and this was a great opportunity to see how things have changed since then.
We would like to say a huge thank you to the Grantham fire service for coming to see us.
