Christmas Activities This Year!

Christmas will soon be upon us and we thought you might like to know about some of the events we have planned for the festive season!


FOBS Non-Uniform Day

Friday 3 December

A special non-uniform day in return for donations

for the FOBS Christmas Market Tombola & Raffle.

Clothing should be warm and suitable for the school day (including sensible shoes).

Chartwells Christmas Lunch

Wednesday 8 December

If your child would like to have Christmas Lunch

please order online via no

later than this Sunday 28 November 2021. Choices

are either Roast Turkey (Main) or Quorn Roast (Vegetarian) with roast potatoes, stuffing, pork

chipolata or Quorn chipolata, vegetables and gravy with a Christmas themed dessert.


FOBS Christmas Market

Friday 10 December

 2:45 pm - 5:00 pm

Friends of Belmont School (FOBS) warmly invite you to the Christmas Market which will be held outside weather permitting. There will be lots of festive activities for everyone to enjoy including refreshments and we may even have a visit from Santa and his Reindeers!

Carol Concert

Thursday 16 December

This year we will be holding the Carol Concert in

school, during the school day. Unfortunately we will be unable to invite parents/carers to join us this year.







Infant Christmas Production

13, 14, & 15 December

Performances will be at 2:15 pm each afternoon.

Each family in Key Stage 1 will be issued with 2 tickets for one performance and these will be sent home with your child week commencing 6 December 2021.















Christmas Lunch & Parties

Friday 17 December

Party lunches will be in classrooms at 12:30 pm followed by activities during the afternoon.

  • Parents of children in Rec/Y1/Y2 who have ordered a Universal Free School Meal online and children in Y3-Y6 who have ordered a School Meal online should note that on this day an ‘away day meal’ (eg sandwich, fruit, cookie and drink) will be provided, instead of a hot meal.
  • Please cancel your order if you do not require an ‘away day meal’ for your child.


Please provide a party lunch for your child, those children who are being provided with an ‘away day meal’ please just send in a few ’party extras’ if you wish.


Children should come to school dressed in their party clothes which are warm and suitable for the school day (including sensible shoes)

Last Day Of Term

Friday 17 December

Children will leave school at their normal time. Please remember to take home their Christmas creations!
