I want to start by saying thank you to everyone who has sent in videos of you completing the challenges and competitions we have been entering over these last few weeks. It’s been great to see who’s been getting involved at home and those at school. We are now onto Challenge 5 from Lincoln City.
This challenge is: Challenge 5 - How many times can you volley a ball with a cricket bat?
We recommend that a tennis ball is used. The teacher/adult does volleys with the bat for 1 minute and the child does volleys with the bat for 1 minute, their scores are then added together. If you don’t have a bat, you can use another object which is not longer than 97cm and not wider than 11cm, approximately (e.g. plastic bat, a book, a plank of wood, a sturdy sandal/slider/flip flop, a metal/plastic box like a Tupperware box.
If you want to send me an entry for this, please email to email@example.com.
Please watch this video if you are unsure how to complete this challenge. https://share.icloud.com/photos/0ezyfl4FRtmwtu5gmI4f_Svqw (Click HERE).
