The last day school was certainly great fun as everyone enjoyed their Christmas parties! The children were excited that Santa was able to visit us and gave a present to each of the classes! After games in the classrooms, we all gathered in the hall for a fun Christmas concert where each class entertained with a special Christmas song. A wonderful way to end the term!
We also had the opportunity today to give our thanks to Mrs Nix who is stepping down as Senior Midday Supervisor and to congratulate Mrs Harrison who will be taking on the role from January. We are very grateful to Mrs Nix for all her dedication over the years to ensure our children have the very best care at lunchtimes. We are very pleased to let you know that she will be continuing to work as the Teaching Assistant in Impala In addition to running our very successful Early Bird and Breakfast Clubs as well as the after school Table Tennis Club.
The Governors and staff at Belmont wish you a very happy Christmas and hope you have a wonderful New Year!
