Our Newsletters!

It's been a busy start to the term already and we are pleased to let you know that our latest Belmont Newsletters were sent home to parents and carers via ParentMail on Friday.

Our monthly 'Online Safety' Newsletter contains lots of information for keeping your children safe online whilst in our new weekly Belmont Newsletter, you will find reminders of the school uniform and the procedure for the arrival and pick up of children each day. You will also find details of the changes introduced in school this year which include:

Wraparound Care - Belmont Bats After School Club

We are excited to announce we have increased our offer for wraparound care with the introduction of our Belmont Bats After School Club. We have structured the pricing of this club to provide a service to families that don’t require use of the club until 6:00 pm each day. The club is priced at £5.00 if you collect your child before 4:30pm and £8.00 if you collect between 4:30 pm and 6:00 pm. For more information, please see our Wraparound Care page.

School Houses

House names have changed and are now named after four birds of prey found in and around Lincolnshire. The new names are: Sparrowhawks, Red Kites, Kestrels and Ospreys. The House colours will remain the same.

Star Achiever Assemblies

These will take place on a Friday afternoon from 2:45 pm with 3 awards given in each class for the Belmont Pocket Principles: Be Respectful; Be Responsible; Be Ready To Learn. Parents/carers are invited to attend but the assembly will not be available via Zoom.

Star Of The Term Assemblies

These will take place at the end of each term from 2:30 pm, with one child chosen from each class. Parents/carers are invited to attend and the assembly will also be available to them on Zoom.

Fundraising

We are hoping to raise funds to replace the KS2 Trim Trail which is beyond repair and will cost over £20,000 to replace. We will be organising a sponsored event to take place on Friday, 18 October. More details are coming soon.
