Star Achievers Of The Week

Mr Davidson was pleased to welcome everyone to his favourite assembly of the week this morning as we celebrated the fantastic work of our Star Achievers. Our Stars have worked terrifically hard, both in school and at home, and they all spoke proudly and confidently about their learning.

This week, our Stars received certificates for:

Reindeer Class - her hard work learning and understanding number bonds to 10.

Fallow Class - his great understanding when finding half of quantities.

Elk Class - her historical knowledge about Edith Smith and her great fact file about her.

Impala Class - showing a great understanding of our art vocabulary this week.

Barasingha Class - her excellent fractions learning.

Sambar Class - his amazing reading and responses based on our class book, ‘The Nowhere Emporium’.

Taruca Class - her wonderful writing and her creative mind.

Mr Davidson was also very pleased to be awarding more Times Tables badges this morning. He commented that having fast recall of the times tables really does open up the world of Maths as we all congratulated: Joshua (bronze), Summer (gold) & Olivia (gold) from Taruca Class, and Amari-Dior (bronze) and Yasminne (silver) from Barasingha Class.

May we say thank you to everyone at home who was able to join the assembly and well done again to all of our fabulous Stars.

Please note that the link and password for the Star Achiever assemblies will be changed weekly.
