Mr Davidson was delighted to welcome everyone to our Star Achiever assembly this morning where for the first time this year, a member of Reindeer Class was awarded a certificate! It was wonderful that so many parents and carers of our fabulous Stars were able to join us both in school and via Zoom.
This week, our terrific Stars received certificates for:
Reindeer Class - his amazing independent writing during role-play.
Fallow Class - his independence and progress in phonics.
Elk Class - his fantastic learning in RE.
Impala Class - making and designing an amazing shadow puppet.
She considered the materials needed to create the effect she wanted.
Barasingha Class - doing an amazing homework project over half term and
always having a positive attitude to her learning.
Sambar Class - his brilliant clay work.
Taruca Class - her wonderful work on multiplication and her perseverance.
Mr Togher was very proud to report on the Girls Football tournament that took place on The Kings School playing field yesterday. Many were playing a sport new to them and they played with a tremendous team spirit, improving with every match. With 16 teams taking part, the Belmont girls came a fantastic 5th place!
The children in Impala Class were very excited to learn they were the Attendance winners this week!
Well done to everyone!
