Weekly Update

This week's update letter concerning any adaptions to the arrangements that we have in school has been sent to all families via ParentMail.  A copy of the letter can be found HERE.  We hope you will find this useful but if you do have any questions, please do get in touch.

I would like to take this opportunity to once again thank you all for the support you have given us over the past few weeks, particularly around the drop off and pick up times.  I would also like to thank those of you who have heeded our request that adults wear face covering at these times. The wearing of face coverings is an essential part of keeping each other safe and I would request that all parents and carers endeavour to do so.

As part of our weekly review, we have been reflecting on all of the different elements of the systems in place currently and we feel that it is essential to ensure maximized learning time for the children whilst also keeping everyone safe.  To this end, I am making slight changes to the timings at the end of the day for the Junior (Y3-Y6) classes.  The pick-up times will be as follows from Monday 5 October 2020:

Year 3 – 3.10 pm

Year 4 – 3.15 pm

Year 5 and Year 6 – 3.20 pm

KS2 siblings can be collected from 3.10 pm

The arrangements at the start of the day for the Junior classes will continue, as it is currently.  The arrangements at the start and end of the day for the Infant classes will also stay the same as it is currently.  If you need a recap on the arrangements in place currently, please click HERE.

We really do appreciate your ongoing support and the patience that you are showing as we undertake the essential reviews and adaptations needed during these rapidly changing times.
