We hope everyone has enjoyed a lovely summer break. As school starts again on Thursday, 3 September, a ParentMail has been sent home to our families with helpful information for the first few days back. We can't wait for term to begin!
At Belmont Community Primary School, we are looking for parent and co-opted governors to join our governing body. As a governor, you will be a volunteer who makes a vital contribution to the success of the school.
The last day of the summer term is always an emotional one as we say a fond farewell to our fabulous children in Year 6, and this year, we are also saying goodbye to the wonderful Mrs Pallier.
Mr Allsopp was delighted to welcome everyone to our Star of the Term assembly held this afternoon, where we celebrated pupils in each class who have completed outstanding work and made excellent progress this term.
We were delighted to welcome Inspire+ Ambassador Dai Greene back to Belmont this week when he led a special workshop with the children in Year 3-Impala Class.
The children in Year 2-Elk Class had a great time at Lincoln Castle this week!
Thank you to everyone who supported our fabulous FOBS team at the Summer Fair. It was a very warm afternoon, but we all had lots of fun.
This morning, Y5-Sambar Class enjoyed a brilliant food technology workshop with Gavin from Chartwells.
The FOBS Colour Run held after Sports Day was a runaway success!

Our wonderful FOBS team will be holding their AGM on Thursday, 16 July 2026, from 4:30 pm, and need volunteers to keep the team running from September. We are glad to pass on their message.
