CLUB TIMETABLE TERM 1

Belmont School Clubs

We offer a wide range of club activities which are held before and after school and during the lunch break.

• Clubs taking place after school run between 3:25 pm – 4:15 pm unless stated in the club details.
• Where clubs are restricted in number, places are offered on a first come basis with additional children put on a waiting list. Exceptions may apply for this, so please see the individual club pages.
• A register of attendance is kept. The teacher in charge should be informed if your child will not be attending a club on a particular evening.
• If your child does not attend for 3 sessions, without informing the teacher, your child's place will be withdrawn and offered to another child on the waiting list.
• Wherever possible, clubs will not be cancelled, even when it rains. However, there may be occasions where this is the only possible option and parents will be contacted in such instances.
• Parental Consent Forms MUST be completed, in full, before a pupil can attend a club taking place after school.

All children leave school via the School Office at the end of a club taking place after school.
