Belmont Community Primary School
Celebrating Achievement
Mr Allsopp was very pleased to welcome everyone to our first Star Achiever assembly this afternoon. He was excited to share that our youngest year group - Reindeer Class - have made a brilliant start to their time at Belmont by achieving a fantastic 100% attendance for their first full week at school. They were closely followed by Elk Class on 99.3% and Impala on 99.2%.
Three awards were presented in each class, one for each of the Belmont Pocket Principles: Be Respectful: Be Responsible and Be Ready to Learn. The names of pupils in Year 4-Barasingha Class were not announced as they are on their residential visit to Rand Farm. Awards for Reindeer Class will be included in the assembly after a period of settling in. The children who excelled this week are:
- KS1: Prince, Gabriel, Storm, Ivy, Ernie and Reuben
- KS2: Bertie, Esme, Layla, Alexis, Elahn, Archer, Kayden, Olympia and Harlan
Well done everyone!
