Dear Parents and Carers,

I would like to invite you to our Meet the Teacher afternoon on Thursday 10th September, which will take place straight after school in the Year 4 classroom.

This will be a short opportunity, approximately 10–25 minutes, for parents and carers to visit their child’s new classroom, meet me, and find out a little more about the year group your child has moved into.

Please collect your child as usual at the end of the school day and then I will invite you into the classroom once everyone has been dismissed. Your child will be able to accompany you into the classroom for this brief visit.

Afterwards, for those attending the residential next week, I will also be sharing some further information about the Rand Farm trip (16th–18th September 2026). I will be available to answer any questions you may have and hopefully, provide you with all the information you need ahead of the trip.

I look forward to welcoming you into the classroom and to working with you and your children throughout the year.
