The children in Year1 - Fallow Class had a wonderful time at the Great Wood Farm Early Years Centre last Thursday. Spending the day exploring the farm, the children were given the opportunity to feed the cade lambs, create pictures using wool and then learn more about trees. They did a great job identifying oaks, Scots pines, and silver birches, deciding whether they were evergreen or deciduous.
