Mindfulness is the act of being fully present in the moment, without distraction. It can help to control mind-wandering and to stop repetitive and unhelpful thoughts. Mindfulness is a valuable tool in our mental health toolbox. Being outside and connecting to nature is a great way to encourage mindfulness.
