Mr Togher was delighted to welcome everyone to our Star of the Term assembly this afternoon, where we celebrated pupils in each class who have completed outstanding work and made excellent progress this term.
This term our Stars were:
Grace, Reindeer Class - for her fantastic attitude to all the class learning, enthusiastically contributing ideas and being always eager to get involved.
Everyone in Fallow Class for being so helpful and kind to visiting teachers.
Brodie, Elk Class - for the amazing progress he has made with his writing this term and the pride and resilience for writing that he demonstrates.
Alexis, Impala Class - for her effort and progress in writing. She has a brilliant imagination and puts a lot of thought into her writing. In addition, she always shows our Pocket Principles and the Fantastics and is a role model for all of her peers.
Zaiden, Barasingha Class - for his amazing attitude to his learning. He is making such good progress in everything he does and is super keen to learn.
Tom, Sambar Class - for his fantastic work and enthusiasm in Geography. He has been super engaged and hungry for knowledge during our 'Deserts' topic this term and his work has been beautifully presented.
Junior, Taruca Class - for his focus and dedication to improving in all areas in the run up to SATs.
The class with the highest attendance for week-ending 16 May was Year 2 - Elk Class with a brilliant 100%!
