Families who live within our Parish will have received their latest newsletter which features our fabulous Gardening Club led by Mrs Pallier!

The Londonthorpe and Harrowby Without newsletter contains an article describing the community work of the children who tend the Millennium Garden on Harrowby Lane/Kennilworth Road and have a show bed outside the main office. They are kindly supported by Parish Clerk and school governor, Mr Armstrong, who teaches them gardening skills that will last a lifetime. 

Our thanks to him and to Parish councillors Mr Bakker and Mr Parnham, also a governor of the school, who help the children on the main planting and clearing days. Thank you too, to our Parish Council for supplying the plants, seeds and compost.
