Star Achievers of the Week

Mr Davidson was pleased to welcome everyone to the last Star Achiever assembly of Term 1 this morning. Our Stars were proud and excited to confidently share their learning with us all in school and their parents and carers who were watching via Zoom. What a great first term this has been!

This week, our fabulous Stars received certificates for:

Reindeer Class - his great phoneme recognition and progress in writing his name.

Fallow Class - his amazing retelling of the Little Charlie story.

Fallow Class - her amazing use of Mathematical language.

Elk Class - his excellent progress in writing.

Impala Class - his amazing independent story writing.

Barasingha Class - her amazing language in her writing at the innovation phase.

Sambar Class - innovating the model text incredibly well and bringing her story to life.

Taruca Class - her wonderful work in Science this week.

At the end of July, the FOBS Team set their 2021 Get Active Summer Challenge, and this morning Mr Davidson was very pleased to award medals to the children who completed 30 minutes of exercise every day for 29 days. A fantastic effort and our congratulations go to: Katie, Lauren, Harriett, William, Callum, Lilah, Harvey and Harlen.

The final announcement this morning was for the Attendance winners and for the second week running the winner was Impala Class with a fabulous 98%!

Well done everyone, we hope everyone has a great half term break!

This term, we hope to invite the parents and carers of Star Achievers to join the celebration either by joining us in school or watching via Zoom. The password will be changed weekly.
