Star Achievers Of The Week

Mr Davidson was pleased to welcome everyone to the last Star Achiever assembly of the term this morning. All of our Stars exemplify what it means to be a part of Team Belmont; working hard and putting 100% effort into all of their learning.

This week, our Stars received certificate for:

Fallow Class - working so hard and fully enjoying our Art Learning Journey.

Elk  Class - his fantastic story writing.

Impala Class - his map reading skills and creative use of symbols.

Barasingha Class - her help as an expert during Maths.

Sambar Class - his effort in his descriptive writing.

Taruca Class - her fantastic algebra work on 'Sticks and Leaves'.

More Times Tables badges were also awarded today:

Platinum: Hunny (Sambar)

Mr Davidson was also delighted to award certificates for swimming:

For the first time this term we had a class with 100% attendance - well done to everyone in Taruca!

Although school was closed to pupils yesterday as it was needed as a polling station, a number of our pupils represented us at a Rounders competition held on the King's School Playing Field. Mr Togher was very proud to say how well the team played; they showed outstanding sportsmanship and respect for the other players. Our thanks go to Elliott, Nikita, Hunny, Taylah, Lily, Leon, Eliza, Sam, Evan, Lewis and Sebastian for being brilliant members of Team Belmont!
