Star Achievers Of The Week

Mr Davidson was delighted to welcome everyone to his favourite assembly of the week as our Stars shared their fantastic learning with us all this morning. Unfortunately, our Star from FallowClass was unable to attend but we hope she will be able to join us next week.

This week, our fabulous Stars received certificates for:

Reindeer Class - her impressive home learning.

Reindeer Class - her understanding of matching and sorting.

Elk Class - her progress in phonics.

Impala Class - how he explained his calculations in Maths.

Barasingha Class - his excellent work in Maths.

Sambar Class - showing a superb application of his Mathematical understanding.

Taruca Class - his wonderful work during our Computing learning journey.

Success in sport was also celebrated this morning as we congratulated Harry for being awarded a football trophy, and Lauren from Taruca Class who has completed 21 Junior Park Runs and has been awarded her green marathon wristband and certificate. In addition, we congratulated our netball team who took part in their first netball league competition at the Priory yesterday. Mr Togher was very pleased to tell us about their commitment, grit and determination to do their very best. We are so proud of them all as they are terrific representatives of Team Belmont.

The final announcement this morning was for the Attendance winners and for the first time this term it was Impala Class!

Well done everyone!

This term, we hope to invite the parents and carers of Star Achievers to join the celebration either by joining us in school or watching via Zoom. The password will be changed weekly.
