We are proud to have joined forces with Inspire+, a local non-profit-making sports and education charity that aims to positively impact young people’s lives by ensuring that the next generation is ‘healthy, happy and active’. The charity has in place a Leadership Pathway, part of which is the Young Sports Ambassador programme, which offers invaluable leadership experience. Children develop skills that empower them to support our PE Lead, promote and run clubs and celebrate team achievements. 

At Belmont, our Bronze Young Ambassadors are encouraged to take active roles in organising key events, such as the Legacy Tour assembly and the Mini Olympics event held annually at The Meres. This involvement allows them to develop essential skills in communication, planning, and teamwork. We encourage them to put forward their own ideas, fostering an active, supportive, and engaging environment in our school.
