As you know, good mental health and the emotional wellbeing of our pupils is very important to us all at Belmont. This morning, we were delighted to welcome the Mental Health Support Team (MHST) who led two special Key Stage assemblies on the topic of feelings and emotions.

During the assemblies, the children were encouraged to think about their feelings, the different emotions we feel and some of the methods we can use to help ourselves.
